The Mercedes equivalent of an E46 318i wagon. Simple, economical, yet sporty! What a magical combo. Oh, and make it affordable! We saw this car in the morning on a Sunday and had it secured and locked in by the afternoon, it was that much of a no brainer. Whenever you see a European ex show car in Japan, you do not hesitate to snag it. Back in the early 2000’s when these were built, it wasn’t with eBay parts. Instead, being a country that values quality and craftsmanship, the cars were built with only the top tier of products available at that time. On top of this, the C180 was never offered to American markets.

This 2001 C180 S203 Mercedes has only 72,000 original miles on it and is in rust free condition with no mechanical concerns. It has an AMG aero package fitted, which includes side skirts, rear bumper and wheels. The front bumper looks to be an early Carlsson piece, as it pairs with the steering wheel and light carbon interior trim. There is one spot of paint spidering due to age on the front bumper however the rest of the car looks very nice.

The interior looks to be custom, however the quality and stitching is so well done it had us fooled at first. The sheer amount of light carbon in this car is insane, the seller says it was all sourced from Carlsson back in the day. In the rear is a full build out audio setup with some wild looking tesla coils that light up at night. We’ll try to add a video of them, they’re truly otherworldly and we love it.

Cold AC, hot heat, all the usual amenities are working fantastic. This car is lowered although we are unsure what it may be on. Overall, if you’re looking for a RHD Mercedes station wagon with AMG and period correct tuner parts that also gets 28+mpg, this ones for you.
