1999 Alpina B3 3.3 RHD *SOLD*

1999 Alpina B3 3.3 RHD *SOLD*
Budget Alpina, two words that typically do not go hand in hand! Yes that price is correct, and yes the car does run and drive. We received our already budget oriented RHD Alpina B3 3.3 a couple weeks back only to discover the transmission does have an issue shifting from second to third gear in Automatic mode. However, upon further inspection, the car is able to shift through all gears in manual mode. On occasion there is a hesitation or failed attempt from 2-3, however it will successfully make it through the gears as needed. We are offering this Alpina at our cost, as we originally listed it thinking it was undriveable, later realizing it is (but we do not like to back track on prices, so our loss is your gain!). With all this being said, this is likely the cheapest imported Alpina ever offered in the US.
Exterior - Alpina Blau II is actually in amazing shape, with insane color hues of purple and blue across every panel. There is some fade on the top of the rear bumper as well as the roof gutters (where a roof rack would mount). The rear spoiler will definitely need to be resprayed as the paint has bubbled and chipped over time. Minimal dings or scuffs, the body is actually very straight with all panels lining up nicely. Paint measures within factory spec on all panels. Some rock chips are present on the front lip. The gold Alpina deco kit that wraps the car is in awesome condition with no missing sections.
Interior - Alpina cloth is a killer interior option paired with the Alpina badged light wood trim. Overall amazing shape, no rips or tears on the sport seats. All adjustments work perfectly, as do the windows and sunroof. No lights are on the dash, all gauges working as they should. Original Alpina floor mats are in nice shape as is the carpet. The doors do sport some crazy speakers that someone has fitted, this pairs with an absolutely wild amp setup in the trunk which is worth a pretty penny nowadays (all period correct 90’s). Steering wheel does have wear on it, but can absolutely be recovered. We have 2 original keys for this vehicle as well as the dealer issued Alpina keychain and booklet.
Mechanical - If you’re not familiar with the B3 3.3, check out our similar but LHD version we recently sold, as we did an in depth write up of it on our website. Essentially this is an S52 block that has been hand built by Alpina with parts specifically focused to allow it to haul a** on the motorway and not break a sweat. These cars do exactly that beautifully. This B3 fires right up, sounds great, idles perfectly, does not overheat nor leak. No smoking or odd noises outside of the occasional exhaust valve rattle, something that is more common that not. All fluids are level, we can perform an additional oil change if requested prior to the vehicles departure from our hands.
This one is being sold with a clean Oregon title in the buyers name.
