Exterior - Original paint is in great shape! There is a ding on the nose, in between the kidneys, as well as some light fading on the roof section in front of the sunroof. You have to be decently close to see this. Otherwise, straight body, happy clear coat and a nice set of early model headlight lenses. This car came spec’d with the sport package, so it has the larger style 5 wheels with a nice set of tires fitted.

Interior - The leather in this car has held up great, showing no signs of ripping or tears. All adjustments work perfectly with no twisting. Seat warmers are also working perfectly. Dash shows little to no pixels missing. The only lights on are for a corner lamp and a rear lamp, they look to be operating as normal upon inspection. Rear seats are in awesome shape and do feature the fold down option. Carpet and headliner and nice and clean, no odd odors or stains. All windows, heat, ac etc work perfectly.

Mechanical - A healthy, reliable 2.8 liter m52 sits under the hood, running and driving fantastic. We had no noteworthy complaints post drive with this e39, mainly due to the fact that its had so much recent work done. No leaks, odd noises, smoking, oil consumption reported. Transmission is tight, shifting exactly when needed.
